🛠️ Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us at support@bikerforward.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

🔁 Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you would like to return an item for any reason other than damage, defect, or error on our part, we accept returns under the following condition:

  • A 50% refund of your original order value will be issued upon successful return.

  • This partial refund covers handling, restocking, and processing fees.

  • To be eligible, the return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
